3. ‣The central part of Kyoto city means an area enclosed by Oike street (north), Kawaramachi street (east), Shijo street (south), and Karasuma street (west).
   

4. ‣From the central part of Kyoto city to the university campus, it will take about 30 minutes using city bus.
